1.1 "Distributor" refers to the entity or individual engaged by 'Cashcom Finserve Pvt. Ltd.' to collect clients for the document verification application.
1.2 "Client" refers to individuals or businesses interested in using the document verification application.
2.1 'Cashcom Finserve Pvt. Ltd.' appoints the Distributor to act as a non-exclusive distributor for the purpose of promoting and collecting clients for the document verification application.
2.2 The Distributor agrees to use best efforts to promote and increase business levels for the document verification application.
3.1 The Distributor shall actively promote and market the document verification application to potential clients.
3.2 The Distributor shall collect necessary information from clients for onboarding onto the document verification application.
3.3 The Distributor shall provide accurate and complete information to clients regarding the features, benefits, and terms of the document verification application.
4.1 'Cashcom Finserve Pvt. Ltd.' agrees to compensate the Distributor based on the mutually agreed-upon terms, which may include commissions, bonuses, or other incentives.
4.2 The compensation structure and terms shall be outlined in a separate agreement between 'Cashcom Finserve Pvt. Ltd.' and the Distributor.
5.1 The Distributor shall ensure that clients are aware of and agree to the terms and conditions of the document verification application.
5.2 The Distributor shall assist clients in the initial setup and onboarding process as required.
6.1 The Distributor agrees to keep all proprietary and confidential information about the document verification application confidential and not disclose it to third parties without the written consent of 'Cashcom Finserve Pvt. Ltd.'.
7.1 The relationship between 'Cashcom Finserve Pvt. Ltd.' and the Distributor is that of an independent contractor, and nothing in this agreement shall be construed as creating a partnership, joint venture, or employer-employee relationship.
8.1 Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of this agreement.
9.1 Any amendments to this agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.
